Service overview

Magic Valley Reviews ("we," "us," "our") provides a review-reply management service for local businesses. We write and post replies to customer reviews on platforms such as Google and Facebook on your behalf.

Billing and cancellation

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Founding member pricing

Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as you maintain a continuous, active subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, founding pricing is no longer available.

Profile ownership and access

You retain full ownership and control of your business profiles at all times. We access your profiles only through the Manager role you grant us. You can revoke our access at any time by removing us as a Manager from your Google Business Profile or Facebook page.

Platform compliance

We comply with all applicable Google and Facebook policies regarding review management. We do not post fake reviews, gate reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for reviews.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific star ratings, review counts, search rankings, or business outcomes. Our service is limited to writing professional, authentic replies to your reviews and sending honest review requests to your real customers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Valley Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
